After about a 1 year, I replaced the battery, and even though I lined up the rubber seal/gasket with the appropriate section on the back of the watch, it started leaking and was ruined. Wouldn't buy another.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this item over a year ago after needing a new dress watch. The crystals are beautiful with my wedding ring; however, one fell out. I'll attempt to send it back to get a replacement. My wrist is petite so it was very hard finding a band that fits. While this watch swings around my wrist, it is a beutiful style. The Indiglo works well but goes out from time to time.

It is easy to read underwater and has various timers so I can use it for just about anything. The band is rubber so it is comfortable to wear even when I am not diving. While it looks like a sturdy but casual watch, this Timex Expedition is built to excel just about anywhere you take it, as demonstrated by its most celebrated owner, Everest mountaineer Conrad Anker. The hands are illuminated, and the white dial also features the Indiglo night light function and a date calendar at the three o'clock position. Arabic numerals and full indexes allow for easy time-keeping in any situation. A stationary stainless-steel bezel includes indexes and Arabic numerals. The strap is leather. The aluminum case is water resistant to 165 feet (50 meters). The watch uses analog-quartz movement and is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

However, I made a special point of checking the description for an expansion band and was extremely disappointed when this one arrived with a braclet type band. In order to adjust it for size, you'll need a needle nose punch, a small hammer and a third hand. Good luck.

(More customer reviews)When I got the Timex Q7B793 watchband, i started working on putting it on my watch right away (16mm). The first few tries i ended up hurting my thumb. It is very complicated thanks to the spring-loaded ends, that are awful by the way. Also, after i took out two links it was still pretty big, so i adjusted the clasp and it was still pretty loose around my wrist. I like to have variety of watchbands so i don't get bored with the same one and this one was a pain to use and to take off the watch.

I'm in the military, its dial shows the 24 hours and even better, It works just like the first day I bought it. It doesn't have a date window, but maybe "simple things are better things" ;-) .
