(More customer reviews)I had the same experience as the other reviewer, spending half an hour trying to insert the pin, bending the tool and so forth. I've had this watch a couple of years, and it's a fantastic watch -- UNTIL YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE BAND. By the time I locate someone who can do it... IF he can do it... I will have spent the price of a new watch on transporation and the guy's labor.
