The Timex Automatic is quite the watch. It's my sixth Timex and by far my favorite. It's sleek, sturdy, and honestly looks like a $300+ watch. The perpetual motion makes the second hand move smoothly around the face of the watch - very attractive. I've always had problems with unintentionally knocking the crown out of the locked position on other watches, causing time to stop. But with the Automatic, the crown is designed to screw down after setting the time and date. I've only had the watch for two days, but the power reserve hasn't moved from the "high" position yet. It's a really nice looking watch - Great purchase!!

This Timex men's watch doesn't require a battery or winding; it stores energy every time you move your wrist. The watch has a stainless steel bracelet and case with a black dial for a classy look. There are Arabic numerals at three, six, nine, and 12 o'clock and dashes for the rest of the hours. There is a date window between the four o'clock and five o'clock positions. Two gauges on the dial indicate 24-hour time and the power reserve. The watch features a see through caseback, has a mineral crystal, and is water resistant to 165 feet (50 meters). It is covered by the manufacturer's 1-year warranty.
