I can't believe Timex makes a Kids watch that is so incredibly difficult to read the time! The watch hands are too small; not clear and definitive for children. It has some cute animation features, but as a time-telling piece this watch is worthless.

Timex T79171 Youth digital/analog watch is reliable, durable, and readable in the dark, thanks to the integrated Indiglo night-light, but it's also flat-out fun to wear. The digital display shows a typical analog readout, with full Arabic numeral display and digital hands (with second hand). It also has a special push-button "shake me up" animation feature, which mixes up the numbers right before your eyes. This watch features a translucent blue resin case with silver top ring, blue polyurethane strap, chrono alarm timer, and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet).
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.
