The 10 year battery life is a great feature... not so much for the cost of replacing the battery, but for maintaining the integrity of the water-resistant seal. Every watch I've owned in the past has lost its water resistance the first time the battery was replaced. The Indiglow night light makes this watch very easy to read at night too.
The gold tone expansion band is also quite attactive. Unfortunately, it has exceptionally sharp edges on the inside of the bracelet that scrape and pinch the skin whenever the band moves against the wrist. The band is also on the small side for a man's watch, so this makes it dig in even more. If you buy this watch, you may want to add in the cost of a more comfortable replacement watch band.
