However, the watch comes with instructions on how to remove links, and I was able to do it myself with a small-tined fork and some elbow grease. I removed two links from each side of the band and now my watch fits perfectly.

(More customer reviews)I bought this watch because the gold tone plating on my last Timex starting wearing off but I got a good 8 years of wear from it and the watch itself still works well since is why I looked into a replacement Timex.
I wear this watch daily but it is much more "jewelry" looking than some of my other more practical looking watches --- for a day at the office going into an evening event it is perfect. It feels very heavy and substantial and this is good because sometimes the Timex watches are very light. I am glad I bought it and would buy it again.

Four features I like are: the calendar, the light, and second hand and minute marks. My previous dressy looking watches did not have these features. So far, it keeps perfect time, to the second.

It was a women's style, but it was larger than I thought it would be. I had to first take it to have some of the links removed, but I was amazed at how light it was when I had it on. I love the easy to read face and the indigo feature is a must for any watch you own. I wear it everyday and I love it. It arrived with a brand new battery and the stem was pulled out so you knew the battery was new. I recommend this watch.

It's a good watch for professionals who don't want multiple watches and want to be able to wear to any kind of function. It does a good job of that. Plus it doesn't look too bulky, which to me was crucial because I have very small wrists. However, my indiglo gave out on me last week after only having my watch for 6 weeks. Luckily, Timex sent me a pre-paid box to send it back to the factory. The warranty lasts for a year too. The only problem I face now will be getting Timex to either take out the extra links or reimburse me for having to get someone else to do it for me. Hopefully mine was just a fluke.

(More customer reviews)I was surprised to find out that Timex still makes this watch! I have worn this watch every day for the past 9 years, and it's still running on the original battery. It has remained largely intact, only with minor chips and scratches. The face, or 'crystal' has a lot of minor scratches, but the numbers are still very clear to read. The silver paint on the body has started to wear off, as well as some of the lettering, but then again, it has far exceeded its lifetime. Definitely recommended for its price.
