The clasp is rigid and if you don't have long, strong fingernails, just figure on wearing it forever. This really needs to go back to the drawing board.

All seemed to either have two watch faces - hideous looking on a woman's wrist, or they were only offered with leather straps. This watch has a polyurethane band and contains no leather. It displays the day, date and time. You can "flip" over to your alternate time zone with the press of a button, perfect for a world traveler like myself. As a bonus I found out after the watch arrived, that it is waterproof up to 100 meters for swimming, snorkeling, surfing and other water sports. Since it is a sporty watch it has four operating modes: Time, Chronography, Timer and Alarm. Chronography mode has a 45 lap memory and Timer mode can do countdown or heat timers. You can set 3 alarms indepedent of each other. On top of all these features it also has a backlight and you can set the day in English, French or Spanish.

I did not really need the directions to program the watch itself, but I do not use some of its more fancy alarm and lap meter functions. The watch itself is easy to read and the indiglo is also easy to read at night. I have not yet taken the watch into the water but I expect it to hold up well.
So far the watch is a pretty good watch but nothing overly exceptional either.
