(More customer reviews)I own three Omegas, two Citizens and three Seikos, but the little Casio Forester is the watch that goes with me into harm's way. I work in very severe conditions--in the Middle East. You don't want to expose a fine mechanical or even quartz watch to daily dust baths and searing desert heat. The little Casio has held up through the worst of conditions, and still keeps time to within 15 seconds a month of the atomic clock in Colorado. It's highly water resistant, and so light you hardly know it's on your wrist. Amazon sells this watch under $20. How can you complain about a rugged, accurate watch for under $20? I usually wear an Omega when going "out on the town," but the Casio is my watch for the dust storms and being around things that could knock your expensive watch silly. My expensive watches will last much longer because I have sense enough not to wear them to work!

It holds up the the abuse of a 3 yr old and he never gets tired of wearing it. The face of the watch is great. Big enough numbers for him to read and the little car is adorable. Would recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I own many Timex watches and this is my favorite; also one of the cheapest! This model is not available in Canada (yellow accents around the date window), but is available online for the same price as the other model (red accents). It has a large face, with a nice cream colour. Refitted with a black Timex Expedition band is looks like a much more expensive watch. I get more compliments on this one than any of my other, more expensive Timexes(sp?).
The best part of this watch to me is the very bright Indiglo back light, again, the best of any Timex I have. It is bright enough to clearly see the individual numbers, even the date - which is usually blacked out when the Indiglo is activated.
If you don't need an alarm or a stopwatch, for the price this is an excellent watch.

(More customer reviews)It's a very nice watch for the price. Not too large, and the strap is water-resistant leather which is nice. One major shortcoming for me is that this watch (and probably others by timex) only supports dual time zones if the time zones are an even hour-length apart. Attempting to set time zone 1 to eastern time and zone 2 to India time (10.5 hours apart) is not possible, since it only lets you set the hours and not the minutes on the second time zone.
You could also set the analog clock to one time zone and the digital to another, but I seem to have the problem of always bumping the crown setting, resulting in the analog clock often showing the wrong time.

(More customer reviews)I have had this watch for several years now. I am a very active grown women. This watch is perfect for a small wrist-ed (about 6") women. I have only changed the battery once. I have swum in the Gulf of Mexico, did 30ft+ drops into the bayou with it, gardening, hiking, camping, etc. It's very tough, and the band has held up wonderfully, only starting to show its age this last year. Recently it has begun losing minutes every night. After searching the stores and online for a replacement watch I was sooo happy to be able to find the same watch on Amazon. It's definitely not just for kids!
